About Impactivize
Showcasing the DEI Job of the Day™
Impactivize is a fiscally sponsored nonprofit journalism project, the mission of which is to highlight corporations that are committing to DEI practices — diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, or by any other name. In the face of overwhelming pressure from our federal and state governments, as well as from shareholder activists, “think tanks,” and social media influencers, the list of companies doubling down on DEI practices (even if re-branded or re-tooled) is growing daily. The DEI Employer of the Day™ lists more than 200 corporations that have stated commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The mission of the project is to inform the public, support consumer spending choices, in alignment with the NAACP’s Black Consumer Advisory, and highlight DEI recruiting efforts in the private sector
